How to withdraw from the contract?
All you need to do is inform us that you want to withdraw from the contract and within 10 days of receiving the product, return them to Sentiell. The returned products should include a withdrawal form or self-description that contains the Order no., the ID no. of the returned products, optionally along with the given reason for their return, and then wait for the consideration of the withdrawal. It is important that the package is securely wrapped in order to protect the goods from damage during transport.
When will I get the money for returning of goods?
Sentiell considers withdrawals from contracts within 14 days of the receipt of the returned product. After accepting the return within the next few days we give money back for all the returned goods to your account’s balance for a re-use or in the same way as the order has been paid for.
