How often do you update your stocks?
We are unable to clearly specify the delivery times of resupply of unavailable products. This will depend on too many factors. Our stocks get replenish as far as possible, but if there is a product that you are looking for, please let us know by submitting a query about the availability of products on the product page or here.
When will the product marked as unavailable be available?
First we try to keep our stocks updated. Nevertheless, we do not always have the possibility to offer each model continuously because we are not able to accurately predict its marketability. If you want to ask a question about the availability of a product, please, place it as a question corresponding to the product, on the page of product that you want to purchase, or using special form. We usually respond promptly to such questions, but what we can guarantee is that you will not wait more than a few days for the response.
The product that I am looking for is not currently in stock. Can I make a preliminary order – a reservation?
Yes. It doesn’t matter if you need 1 piece or 100 pieces of jewellery of the same model. You can make a query concerning the delivery date or the commission of production of particular product to meet your individual needs. The only difference lies in the fact that if you are looking for 1 piece, it will involve waiting for our blanket order that we will do to replenish the stocks. If you would like to order 20-100 pieces, there is a possibility of making an individual production order for you, but it may require an advance payment. The production time is approximately 3-8 weeks and the final price will be recalculated according to the current exchange rate and the raw material price on the day of delivery of products to Sentiell warehouse.
