Shipping prices
Delivery costs are calculated based on order value, package weight and country of destination. Delivery costs do not include the customs duty.
All orders from website www.sentiell.com are processed for companies registered outside Poland and the Czechia. If you run a company in Poland, register an account on the website www.sentiell.pl. If you run a company in the Czechia, register an account on the website www.sentiell.cz.
Shipping insurance
Each shipment is covered by insurance based on its actual value. We are responsible for the package until it is delivered safely to the client.
Shipping time
All orders with payments booked into our system by 12:00 o'clock will be forwarded for processing the same day! All orders are processed and shipped on working days.
The start of the order processing depends on the chosen payment method and the payment being booked in our system.
Our regular parcel service delivers to Europe within 1-3 working days and to other worldwide destinations within 3-7 working days from dispatch of the parcel.
