The warranty period is counted from the date on which the courier delivers the shipment. The positively processed complaints mean transferring the equivalent value of the product to the client’s account balance to be reused or the replacement or repaired product will be added to the next order.

RMA Complaints Department

You have at your disposal a tool to make complaints – the RMA, which is available after logging into your wholesaler account. To make a complaint, simply fill out a short form and return the product to the seat of Sentiell. See a sample form.

Collective complaint

We also give you the possibility of collective processing of complaints. It means you do not need to send back individual items, but collectively these products which had a hidden defect, collected from several recent orders, keeping the warranty period of the earliest-purchased goods.
