The warranty period is counted from the date on which the courier delivers the shipment. The positively processed complaints mean transferring the equivalent value of the product to the customer’s account balance to be reused or adding the mentioned product to the next order.
RMA Complaints Department
You have at your disposal a tool to file complaints – the RMA , which is available after logging into your account with the wholesale. To file a complaint simply fill out a short form and return the product to the seat of Sentiell. See a sample form.
We also give you the possibility of collective processing of complaints, so that you do not need to send back individual items, but collectively these products which had a hidden defect, collected from several recent orders, keeping the warranty period of the earliest-purchased goods.
