How to add a freebie to the order?

Go to the basket, and below the product list and the threshold discount section, you'll find a list of gifts to choose from.
* The possibility of choosing a freebie is determined based on the availability of the free item and the value of the order.

Click the [Add to Cart] button next to the selected freebie.
IMPORTANT! Only one freebie may be chosen to the order. Combining multiple orders with the selected free item does not guarantee receiving all the freebies.
I asked to add a freebie to my order in remarks to the order and by email and I did not receive it. Why?
Sending an e-mail or entering a request to add a freebie in the "Remarks to a staff" section while placing an order does not guarantee the fulfillment of this request and may cause delays in order processing.
