NO MORE PRINTED INVOICES - IMPORTANT CHANGES ARE COMING
We'd like to let you know that starting in early June, we're changing the default way invoices are delivered - from paper to electronic.
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and your convenience, all invoices will now be sent by default in electronic form to the e-mail address provided when placing your order.
This change is also connected to the implementation of Poland's National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). As a result, printed invoices will no longer be the default form of purchase documentation for jewelry orders.
Each shipment will still include an order confirmation document containing a full list of the ordered products and their prices. This document allows you to quickly verify that the received order is correct and assign retail prices.
If you would still like to receive a paper invoice together with your order, you’ll need to select this option each time you place an order. Please note that this preference is not saved automatically for future orders.
We'd also like to remind you that we can prepare a weight specification for your invoice, allowing you to determine the average price per gram of the product. You can find more information about weight specifications in the "Documents & Certificates" section.
